FUCK YEAH FITNESS!

Anonymous asked: Hey! Firstly, I ADORE your blog! I look at the pictures almost every day to help motivate me to work out. I'm currently 185, working my way down to 130. I'm also training for a Mud Run in June! Anyways, I recently found out that I have Celiac disease, but I'm having trouble going gluten-free because I'm such a picky eater! Any tips?

Thank you! Glad i can help with motivation : ) Good lukc on your journey! I’m as picky as they come! Haha, I’m vegan and gluten free, and don’t eat anything prepackaged and shit. Obviously celiac disease it something you have to tend to, and being picky makes it more difficult. I don’t even eat complex carbs at all, only carbs found in fruit and veggies. Theres always rye as an option though, which is really good!

Body Attack training May 5-6… COULDN’T BE MORE EXCITED. Been waiting so long.. thank you mommy (L)
